Do you work with clients remotely?
Absolutely! I’ve been working remotely with clients for years. We can communicate via email, phone, or video calls—whatever works best for you.
What time zone are you in?
I’m based in Central Time (We do not change our clocks, so we may 1-2 hours difference depending on the time of year), but I work with clients across all North American time zones and can accommodate scheduling needs.
How long does a typical project take?
Timeline depends on project complexity. Simple designs can be completed in 2-3 days, while larger projects may take 1-2 weeks. Rush services available when needed.
How would I pay you?
If you’re in the United States or Canada, payment may be made through any of the apps: Venmo, Cash, etc.. In Mexico, you may use a bank transfer.
Do you still offer email marketing services?
I’m currently focusing exclusively on graphic design and photo retouching services. I’m no longer taking on email marketing or Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
How do you handle file transfers and revisions?
I use secure cloud-based file sharing services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer for easy file exchange. Revisions are handled quickly via email with clear communication throughout.
Do you charge extra for remote services?
No! In fact, working remotely often allows me to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality service.
Can we meet face-to-face?
While I’m based in Mérida, Mexico, we can absolutely meet virtually via video call. Many clients prefer this as it’s more convenient than in-person meetings anyway!
Do you offer services in Spanish?
¡Sí! Me siento cómodo realizando consultas y trabajando en proyectos de diseño en español. Esto es especialmente útil para materiales de marketing bilingües o proyectos en español.
What areas do you serve?
I work with clients throughout North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Remote collaboration means I can work with you wherever you’re located!
