I got my inspiration for this from an art store that had artwork with butterflies in them. I thought it would be great to do something using butterflies myself. After several tries, I ended up creating a heart and filling it with monarchs.

When I first saw an image of the model I thought he should be in a cemetery. I created this using several images. The trees in the back are from a photo I took in Belgium and the cemetery is from Buenos Aires. The words on the boy's body are his regrets from his previous life. It's because of these regrets that he is unable to rest in peace.
